Supply Chain & Spares Administrator (SAP)

Location:  Milton Keynes

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 + company bonus

Permanent Position

An exciting opportunity to work for a global business based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Supply Chain & Spares Administrator to join their highly successful team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Processing Orders
  • Order and progress chase equipment from suppliers
  • Entering sales orders into SAP
  • Entering details onto control log (Excel spreadsheet)
  • Checking stock availability
  • Arranging deliveries to customers
  • Invoicing customers for delivery
  • Arranging for the workshop set up and engineers for installation

Essential Requirements:​​​​​​​

Excellent administrative skills

Highly Organised

Experienced utilising SAP systems

Good working knowledge of MS Outlook packages

Good Customer Service Skills and professional manner

Excellent team player
