Position: Clinical Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 + Company Bonus

Head office based in Milton Keynes – Flexible home working


Due to significant growth, an exciting position has arisen for a Clinical Project Manager to work for one of the fastest growing UK-owned Healthcare firms. This is an award-winning organisation that provides excellent training and development and values its employees.

The Project Management team has the overall responsibility to deliver company operations efficiently. Specific activities include delivery of Home Trial Support, Site Nursing Support, and Central Pharmacy projects related to the overall execution of global clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex home trial projects on time and within budget, and in accordance with international laws and guidelines.

You will lead on organising and leading internal project meetings to ensure projects run smoothly.

You will be attending and reporting progress to external project teams and clients, discussing customer plans and tracking information to ensure projects remain on track.

Essential Skills

Degree level education, or nursing equivalent, science/medical-based subjects preferred

Minimum 3 years relevant experience to include sponsor/CRO, and or site clinical research experience

Knowledge of ICH GCP and appropriate regulatory laws and guidelines.

Strong project management experience with either a Sponsor or CRO (clinical research organisation)

Proven effectiveness in leading a cross-functional teams

Experience in client management, planning and delivering projects on time and to budget

Knowledge of financial management and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness

Able to present both a top line overview and in-depth detail of projects as required

Computer literate –intermediate skills in MS office Excel, Word, Outlook,

Professional and customer focused with a positive outlook
