Position:        Customer Service Specialist

Salary:              £27,000 + £7,220 bonus

Hours:              37.5 per week

Permanent Position

Our prestigious and award-winning client who is renowned for valuing their employees is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to join their highly successful team.

In order to apply for the role of Customer Service Specialist position, you will need to possess solid experience in providing support to managed service contract customers, ensuring that the service level agreements in place are adhered to at all times. You will be proficient in SAP and possess at least 3 years experience in a customer service position.

The position requires a person with strong customer service background ideally in the health care industry. The candidate will be a strong team player as well as a self-starter.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Order Processing

Assisting the logistics management team and customers in reducing ad-hoc orders and changes to delivery schedules.

Create and maintain customer delivery schedules in SAP

Maintain relationships with partners in Northern and Southern Ireland

Process monthly orders and book carriers, order stock as required

Regularly reviewing the contract management system to ensure a smooth transition into SAP

Working closely with the SAP team to ensure the system is accurate at all times

Process QC shipments and ongoing administration to minimise write off and increase customer efficiency

Order stock for customer backorders

Person Specification

  • This position requires a confident person with a drive to achieve results in their specialist customer service role and administrative area of expertise.
  • Excel at intermediate level
  • Minimum of 2 Years SAP experience
  • A good communicator and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Personable nature with good social skills enabling them to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships and install confidence at every customer interaction.

Desirable Skills:

Qualification in Customer service

Experience within the healthcare industry would be advantageous
